I was sleeved May 8 2015 and my starting weight was 108 I had got up to 115 prior to this . Opti was not as hard as I thought as I varied my portions to keep up variety. I was 102 when I went in for my surgery and am now sitting at 68.8. To say I am pleased is an understatement and I have had very few negative comments so that I suppose has helped. Recently had my gall bladder out and developed an abcess so not all smooth sailing but would not change a thing and Dr Zarrouk has literally saved my life.
